Liana Serobian is an attorney passionate about defending the fundamental human rights of individuals, including rights of parents and children to be a family unit without unwarranted intervention by the State. During the course of her law practice, Ms. Serobian has advocated for and in certain cases prevailed in achieving reinstatement of custody and parental rights for her clients as well as obtained reversals of wrongful criminal convictions on appeal. Ms. Serobian is a graduate of the University of Southern California, School of Law, and is licensed and admitted to practice in the California state courts, the federal courts in the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
